The International Yoga Day

Boost your immunity with Yoga & Ayurveda :-

Today is international yoga day, we must understand the importance of this day in our in life. Why it is so important and celebrating all over the world?

To understand this take the example of a piece of Iron, lying at a place. what will happen to this piece of iron? In few days it will start rusting  and in few more days it rust out. On the other hand, when this piece of iron is in daily use, rust can't come near to this piece and it will be well with shine.
So from this example we must learn that, "It is better to work out than to rust out. "

Similar is the case with human body, if we work out regularly with proper diet and high positive thinking then we will certainly improve our immunity. On the other hand if we don't work out and keep sitting  means no work, no exercise and no yoga  our body will loose it's immunity.
Thus we will only invite diseases and disorders in our lives. Here lies the importance of Yoga in human life  . That's why this day recognised as international yoga day.

Adopt Yoga  and Ayurveda in life

The health is directly proportional to good diet, yoga and positive thinking. If one of these components is missing we can't achieve better health. So all these three components are very much essential for health.

            Yoga cure diseases and disorders

Importance of good diet :-

As described in Ayurveda human body is having three dosa  , that's Vata (वात), Pita (पि त) and Kafa (कफ) . The balance of these three dosa counts towards good health. The balancing of these three dosa can be achieved with the intake of balanced diet according to body 's nature as advised by experts. So according to this system if Vata has increased in the body we must not take the diet which initiate gas formulation  , similarly when Pita has increased then avoid heat producing items in the diet and when Kafa increased in the body avoid the food items which are responsible for cooling effect. This way we can balance our diet to avoid diseases . The diet in our body through digestive system produce rasas (रस) or enzymes which further produces cells and blood and further development of the body. So here lies the importance of balanced diet.

Importance of Yoga :-

The Yoga and meditation is the system which streamlines the body, mind and soul in the life. The regular practice of Yoga helps to keep our body fit. It regulates the proper blood circulation and respiratory system in proper order. The regeneration of cells enhanced with the practice of Pranayaam. The Bhastrika, Kapalbhati, Anulom-vilom  , Bhramari and Udgeet are the basic pranayaam which make human body fit against diseases and disorders. We must practise these pranayaam whichever daily along with certain light Yoga Ashanas so as to create a shield against disorders. More the oxygen we get in our lungs right circulation of blood reaching in every part of body hence no disease can exist. So make it a habit to perform Yoga regularly to say goodbye to diseases and viruses like Covid -19.Hence work out daily then to rust out.

Importance of  high thinking :-

The thoughts are the waves of mind which  inspire the human to create or to do something in the life. If the thoughts are high and positive the right direction of life can be followed and high goals can be achieved and thus peace in turn can be achieved. If the thinking is bad it will create lot of tensions in life which results in stress, the root cause of diseases and disorders.

The healthy thoughts are good diet for mind and soul  , which keeps our body healthy and the unhealthy thinking cause tension and stress which gives invitation to diseases and disorders, which results poor health. Thus thinking always have effect on our body good or bad as per levels of thinking. So keeping in view the power of thinking always think high and positive about ourselves, others surrounding us and the nation and world to lead a happy life.
