To understand this take the example of a piece of Iron, lying at a place. what will happen to this piece of iron? In few days it will start rusting and in few more days it rust out. On the other hand, when this piece of iron is in daily use, rust can't come near to this piece and it will be well with shine. So from this example we must learn that, "It is better to work out than to rust out. " Similar is the case with human body, if we work out regularly with proper diet and high positive thinking then we will certainly improve our immunity.
